Beyonce shares the secret of her weight loss to fans

It’s not the easy thing to loose weight up to 60 pounds after giving birth to baby, Beyonce achieved this after giving birth to her lovely daughter Blue Ivy in January. 

Beyonce publicize to her fans in a Saturday night performance. "They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!" But that lettuce diet clearly paid off, as Beyonce showed off her slim curves. And she's further than prepared for her non-lettuce foodstuff prize.

"Now tonight I’m gonna get chocolate wasted!" Beyonce stated to the audience. She obviously earned her reward: her cosumes included a tummy-baring two-piece dazzling with Swarovski crystals, reported Us magazine. At least one woman in the audience sympathized with Beyonce's lettuce and treadmill diet: First Lady Michelle Obama was in the crowd, along with her daughters. The First Lady is known for her dedication to a healthy diet and regular workouts, including a treadmill.

Beyonce's normal diet and fitness plan involves more variety than lettuce and a treadmill. After once going on the risky "Master Cleanse" diet, she follows a low carb food plan. For fitness, Beyonce is fond of dancing and jogging. Other treadmill and jogging celebrities: Britney Spears and Kate Winslet.
